About: Overly cheerful, friendly, and pushy. Seems like he doesn't know boundaries, but it's more that he doesn't always care. Since he was bullied for his looks and attitude as a kid, he's decided that what others think of him doesn't matter-- it's better to stay positive and have fun! Just a little past the surface, he has a cruelty that shows his real lesson back then was it feels better to be the bully himself. He likes to play mind games, calculating everything others are doing, taunting them over what he assumes they're thinking, and finding the most pleasure in using that to deny them what they want. Deeper, though, he genuinely cares about anyone who may've also been picked on, and will do his best to support them, in his own weird ways. He's super into volleyball and manga, and will happily talk at length about either of those. He also has next to no attention span when he's not serious, so topics could end up anywhere...
Daily Life: His staying active is mostly just sticking to roadwork now, so outside of work hours he can be found pretty much anywhere. There'll be frequent stops at places that sell manga, and especially now that it's summer, ice cream shops as well. Not hard to find at all.
IC + OOC Plans: I want to get him into more plot related stuff once the opportunity comes up again, but beyond that I'm open to everything! For the foreseeable future, he's keeping the free apartment (why spend money on moving when he could just buy more manga?), and probably making a point of keeping an eye on any new Nishi recruits.
CR Desired: Serious characters who might try to put him in his place! Fun characters who'll play along with whatever he's up to! But ultimately anyone at all. Tendou really dislikes people who are hard to upset, but negative CR is still a good thing. It would also be great to regain some people for him to pick on. Obviously, those that are easy to upset are his absolute favourite.
CR Offered: He could be annoying, entertaining, insightful, or just plain manipulative and monstrous. Everything depends on the character type he's up against. Need someone with a trashy enough personality to laugh at your character's dark humour? Someone who can see through any front and tell what's actually going on, maybe pointing out problems your character was blind to or exposing secrets they've been trying to keep? He's also content to hold both sides of the conversation with the cold or shy types that don't like to reply. ... He's also just about 6'2" and will gladly make fun of shorter characters, if that's what you're going for.
Smut Preferences:I find m/m easier to write, but since this boy has no problem calling his team's captain beautiful, or telling that same captain about how cute a movie actress was, he obviously couldn't care either way. Attention is attention, and feeling good is his main goal. He's definitely a switch, and if dom/sub stuff is brought up he'll see it more as filling roles in a game than anything too serious, so can probably adapt to either (though maybe not skillfully at first). Tendou's whole thing with "if it doesn't feel good, why should I do it?" gives him a leaning towards vanilla stuff, but he's also enthusiastic enough to try most things once, and I'm really down for variety. So vanilla and kinky are both good. Heck, going right down the middle and picking a kink that might backfire into failsex is great too.

I'd also really like it if someone could catch on to his sadism and see if they can't get him to apply it during sex.
