About: Copying from the director's notes bc I'm Lazy: A girl searching for her missing mother. Going by rumors that a woman looking like her mother has been seen there, she heads to Mt. Hikami and is spirited away. She has had a strong sixth sense since she was young, and can see ghosts, as well as the hearts of the people she touches, leading to those around her avoiding her. She's been raised with a great sense of isolation. She is currently a young, prospect-filled actress, pursuing a career in the entertainment industry by appearing in TV shows and doing gravure work.

She's also what's known as a Shadowborn-- born "half-dead," she's the offspring of a living mother and a ghost father.

When people start touching on others' secrets, they create lies to try to hide them. Miu reads their minds and sees everything - their lies and muddy hearts - and doesn't trust people, unmoved by anything.

By reading people's minds she also senses all kinds of desires, but is unfazed by them. Whilst despising them from the bottom of her heart, she will do anything they say. Even when she knows she's being tricked and used, she will go along with it all. She hardly feels alive, and has no concern for herself.

Since she is empty she excels as an actress, slipping straight into any role like a channeller. Acting like other people - in other words, lying - is what she is best at, but it stirs up no feelings within her. What does evoke her emotions are her feelings towards the mother who left her behind.

Daily Life: Miu doesn't know what to do with free time, so she mostly just throws herself into practice and lessons. Acting, singing, dancing, etc. Anything to help her get ahead. When she does take the occasional break, it's mostly to wander around and poke about.

She frequents cafes to drink coffee and make faces about it.
IC + OOC Plans: I'm very much go-with-the-flow so I don't have any concrete plans. ICly Miu wants to get ahead in the acting business as much as she can by any means necessary
CR Desired: Anything? Miu's never really hard friends before and she thinks everyone is looking out for #1, so I'd love for her to keep reluctantly befriending people who are, you know, genuinely nice or caring which would just baffle her.

She's sorta getting there with some people but she's still just so ??? Why are people Like This. She also finds desires and giving into desires to be kinda Gross and Weird and SHE DOESN'T GET IT but she's getting to the point where she has to admit she's NOT any better than normal people since she's been indulging in her own pleasure/desires here too, even as she's reluctant to acknowledge it.

CR Offered:
Miu has the ability to read minds (there's a permissions thing in her journal you can find easily!) but it's activated by touch and generally it's always active passively. She just lets the thoughts and emotions pass over her without diving in deeply. If she DOES dive in deep, her ability is automatically drawn towards the worst memories someone has (in canon it's used to relive the deaths of spirits she touches, and also to throw the worst memories someone has back at them if they annoy her too much).

This is something we can play with, and obviously I won't have Miu memory diving or anything without explicit planning out beforehand. And if you don't want her to do even the passive reading I can handwave excuses as to why it doesn't work it's nbd! I just wanted everyone to be aware of what she can do.

Also since she's this "half-dead ghost thing" anyone who could be able to pick up on that is welcome to.

But in all Miu is an actress and normally can and will adjust herself to match with whatever she assumes the other person wants (or what they actually want since she can read their minds). She can fulfill just about any role someone wants/needs even though in reality she's super cynical and kinda hates everything.

Smut Preferences: Miu is bi and open to all, tbh. Just so long as she isn't bored she'll try just about anything once. OOCly this is the same for me, there's not much I won't write if I can excuse Miu indulging in it.

Miu, despite canonly having a very powerful sixth sense and spiritual power, has little to no stamina so I'd love to play out more sexual exhaustion or her arrogantly trying to push past those limits and insist she can keep going.

Daily Life: Korwa does her work mostly without complaint every day-- mostly, though it doesn't really align with a lot of what she believes in as a person about love, relationships, etc. (Though maybe she can set someone up to fall in love with a hooker? That's a classic.)

About: WOOSH here we go. Dirk's a high-tier genius that has spent most of his life alone as one of the final two humans on planet earth. He later was physically transported into a game where he and three friends (among some other kids who joined in on the 'fun') had to save the human race by winning a real-life version of D&D in which death was guaranteed. Dying granted him the title of godtier which now means he's (pretty much) immortal, has some crazy powers (he can rip your soul out, basically), and is hailed as a god/creator of the newest version of Earth.

He's self-reliant, loyal to a fault to those he considers his friends, and kind of an asshole, which is definitely a personality trait when it comes to Dirk. He plays up his self-esteem as though it's flawless, and likes to save face by pretending as though deadpan is his default, but Dirk's a mess of hangups and emotions that he generally does his best to push down -- he's trying to get better, though!

Dirk likes to bite off more than he can chew, has a really insane self-sacrificial streak, and is slowly learning he doesn't need to pull every string for the proverbial puppets of life if given the chance, because allowing things to be out of his control don't mean the end of the world.

Daily Life: Dirk spends most of his time either at work for his faction, helping to run odd jobs outside of that to make the extra cash, and can probably be seen in different parts of town at any given time of day. Being a repair tech centers him (primarily) around the South faction, but Dirk is helping coordinate a side network with Roxy right now, which means he's scoping out good places to place tech.

IC + OOC Plans: I'm pretty open right now! Currently my only plans are to have Dirk help Roxy set up her new network, which means some R&D work and then proper execution of distributing the devices. Otherwise, I'm wide open.

CR Desired: Basically anything, but Dirk's hard to antagonize. He'll deadpan his way out of anything and then walk away, so negative CR is fine, but probably won't actually go anywhere since he's a lunchbag letdown as far as that goes LMAO. I'd like to have him make some genuine friends!! He deserves friends like Roxy who actually love him and want him to continue bettering himself, so. I'd love friendships!!

Also he absolutely needs sex and intimacy partners! Dirk is, however, canonly a gay man, so only male partners on that spectrum, please. ♥

CR Offered: Dirk can be a pretty fun friend to hang out with; he has ridiculous social commentary, loves anime and movies, and can build robots like nobody's business. Dirk is also able to teach others the art of flashstep, or how to wield a sword. He's still learning how to be a good friend and genuine guy that doesn't hide behind his stupid anime shades, so if you're patient enough, he'll be a loyal friend that's willing to do just about anything for you! He's sort of like that stray mutt who has been pushed down too many times but is still secretly eager to please people that care about him.

Also, again, open for smut CR since Dirk's best friend is a woman and that doesn't really jive with his sexuality.

Smut Preferences: I DIDN'T READ THIS THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH FIRST AND IT SHOWS. Dirk's a homosexual/homoromantic man. I'm not much into action-spam for smut threads and prefer more long-form tags.

About: Prompto is a dork of a young man who tries very, very hard to pretend that he and his life don't have half of the issues they actually do. He fails much of the time, because inside he's a big ball of anxiety and low self-esteem. He's a huge tech geek and loves photography and other people's pets a lot. You wouldn't know it since his weapons didn't make the trip with him, but he's a crack shot with a gun and would love to get his hands on one again.

Daily Life: Due to Traumatizing Things fairly recently, Prompto prefers to be outside at night as little as possible. His job--photographing merchandise and buildings for ads--has him working odd hours and all over, so he gets a lot of exercise. He's starting to learn the layout of the area really well! Since he's finally saved up a little extra cash for personal film rolls and developing, he can be found taking pictures of scenery and people for his own use, or hanging out/sleeping in any cafe or arcade in town, especially if they're owned by his faction.

IC + OOC Plans:
CR Desired: Friends who aren't his from home. Nothing against them, he just needs more friends. Maybe a girl or boyfriend, he's not super picky right now. He's less desperate than he was back home, but he'd like someone to cuddle with and take out to dinner and love on.

CR Offered: A dork! Prompto can be annoying if you aren't into his puns or quips, but if you do like those kind of things, he's fun to be around. An amateur photographer, for all your photoshoot needs (though he might develop a semi-permanent blush if it's a nude shoot)! About: No Chill!!!! she takes everything and everyone absolutely seriously $110% of the time, so jokes usually fly over her head even if she’ll sometimes make dry and sarcastic quips on her own. she’s kinda awkward, kinda charismatic, kinda smart, kinda stupid, and competent when it comes to fighting and setting things on fire but incompetent when it comes to being a normal person. at a first impression, Mòrag is just “serious lady who frowns too much”.

overall, she’s just straightforward in general. it’s not hard to get along with her, but she tends to keep people at a distance and isn’t very generous about referring to others as friends. she was raised to be an empress, then trained as a soldier, so her royalty-military background doesn’t exactly make her the life of the party.

also, she’s always like 2 thoughts away from a full-blown existential crisis, so that’s something keeping her on edge all the time too. fun!

Daily Life: really nothing exciting— goes for a walk/jog in the early morning, goes to work, works some more, then walks around and then sleeps. she’s not one to stay up late either.

IC + OOC Plans: i’m absolutely awful at planning things! rn she decided to stay with Higashi because of ~new developments~ she learned from Bakugou and Wataru, got “promoted” to an investigator position, and is planning to try learning more about Jikoku and working her way up the ladder. idk. she’s definitely invested in the faction stuff but i tend to play it by ear.

CR Desired: she jives well with pushy people, weirdly enough, probably because she’s absolute shit at taking the initiative when it comes to socializing so it’s easier for her to go along with someone else’s flow. negative CR is also good!! her patience does have its limits, and clashing morals are always fun too. also!!! she’s Very Intense when it comes to competition. that’s something.
i know this is a smut game but gimme all ur gen CR.

CR Offered: for all her off-beat awkwardness, she’s good at listening to people and playing support. alternatively, she has a strict personal code of morals and won’t hesitate to bash heads. idk, i can give and take anything.

About: Overly cheerful, friendly, and pushy. Seems like he doesn't know boundaries, but it's more that he doesn't always care. Since he was bullied for his looks and attitude as a kid, he's decided that what others think of him doesn't matter-- it's better to stay positive and have fun! Just a little past the surface, he has a cruelty that shows his real lesson back then was it feels better to be the bully himself. He likes to play mind games, calculating everything others are doing, taunting them over what he assumes they're thinking, and finding the most pleasure in using that to deny them what they want. Deeper, though, he genuinely cares about anyone who may've also been picked on, and will do his best to support them, in his own weird ways.
He's super into volleyball and manga, and will happily talk at length about either of those. He also has next to no attention span when he's not serious, so topics could end up anywhere...

Daily Life: His staying active is mostly just sticking to roadwork now, so outside of work hours he can be found pretty much anywhere. There'll be frequent stops at places that sell manga, and especially now that it's summer, ice cream shops as well. Not hard to find at all.

IC + OOC Plans: I want to get him into more plot related stuff once the opportunity comes up again, but beyond that I'm open to everything! For the foreseeable future, he's keeping the free apartment (why spend money on moving when he could just buy more manga?), and probably making a point of keeping an eye on any new Nishi recruits.

CR Desired: Serious characters who might try to put him in his place! Fun characters who'll play along with whatever he's up to! But ultimately anyone at all. Tendou really dislikes people who are hard to upset, but negative CR is still a good thing. It would also be great to regain some people for him to pick on. Obviously, those that are easy to upset are his absolute favourite.

CR Offered: He could be annoying, entertaining, insightful, or just plain manipulative and monstrous. Everything depends on the character type he's up against. Need someone with a trashy enough personality to laugh at your character's dark humour? Someone who can see through any front and tell what's actually going on, maybe pointing out problems your character was blind to or exposing secrets they've been trying to keep? He's also content to hold both sides of the conversation with the cold or shy types that don't like to reply.
... He's also just about 6'2" and will gladly make fun of shorter characters, if that's what you're going for.

Smut Preferences: I find m/m easier to write, but since this boy has no problem calling his team's captain beautiful, or telling that same captain about how cute a movie actress was, he obviously couldn't care either way. Attention is attention, and feeling good is his main goal. He's definitely a switch, and if dom/sub stuff is brought up he'll see it more as filling roles in a game than anything too serious, so can probably adapt to either (though maybe not skillfully at first). Tendou's whole thing with "if it doesn't feel good, why should I do it?" gives him a leaning towards vanilla stuff, but he's also enthusiastic enough to try most things once, and I'm really down for variety. So vanilla and kinky are both good. Heck, going right down the middle and picking a kink that might backfire into failsex is great too.

About: Competitive, prideful, aloof, and a loner - Ogata isn't great friend material. However, he's useful in a conflict, and knows it, so he banks on that fact to make connections. His capacity for emotional intimacy is strained, since he really just has no experience with it, so deep bonds would are hm for him at this point. I'm not disinterested in them though! He's just a weird-o.

He likes his rifle and not much else, and has no real loyalty to anyone or anything. If it sounds like I'm not really selling him, it's because he sucks. But he can be a good companion if you're thinking of doing anything dangerous.

Daily Life: Ogata finds high places, sits his ass there, and stalks watches people. He's getting the lay of the city, finding good sniper perches, and I guess doing his faction job. He doesn't always return the people he's sent after alive, unless explicitly told to do so. What a pain.

IC + OOC Plans: Most importantly, he's interested in buying the best rifle there is in town, which is way beyond what he's used to. So he needs... money! I'll probably make an open post of him doing some random jobs, both sfw and nsfw, to try and get some sweet sweet cash and become more of a violent terror than he already is.

CR Desired: I love how mismatched he is with a lot of the characters here, so nothing's off the table! Any characters with connections to Russia or Japan in the early 1900s would be great! As would any characters who just truly believe killing is always wrong. Because he'll hate them...

About: Being in Yoshiwara has helped him grow a bit more self-reliant, since he hasn't really had his canonmates to lean on for help until recently. He's still skittish at times, but he's getting better about not being a stuttering mess like he used to be. Treat him like a giant cat, and you'll make fast friends with him.

Speaking of which, he does turn into a giant white tiger at least once a month, so you're free to have had your character catch a glimpse of a white tiger during the full moon.

But besides that, Atsushi is a pretty friendly person. He wants to get along with everyone and help smooth over conflicts before they boil over into fights. As long as your character isn't downright rude to him from the get-go, they can probably get along. If your character is rude he might be salty about it, though.
Daily Life: Atsushi works in the evenings, so he's usually asleep until past noon. He'll go about his daily life from about lunchtime until 7pm or so, and then head off to work until 2-3 in the morning. Then he goes home and collapses right into bed. He's a curious one, so he's usually one of the first to explore new festivals or strange occurrences.
IC + OOC Plans: Atsushi got some plot info on a white tiger in Yoshiwara recently (ironically it wasn't him), so he's been following up on that. He's trying to find this tiger, but the hunt has been slow going. He'll also be looking into other supernatural stuff along the way, since he's starting to figure out just how magical this place is.
CR Desired: Any! Friends, enemies, someone to hang out with, someone to argue with, you name it.

Once known as the baddest of bad boys in Ikebukuro, Ichiro is the leader of the buster bros!! nowadays, and fights battles with his sick raps. yeah. that hasn't changed much in yoshiwara, either! He's your shonen protagonist poster boy, a big hearted, warm and friendly, justice loving HERO who wants to make up for doing bad things in his past the best he can. however, he's got a pretty bad temper and you can mostly see it whenever he and samatoki/notoriously are within fifty feet of each other and for that i apologize.

more than anything ichiro loves his family (ask him about his brothers sometime!), his division (even if it's kita).... and his animes. he's a giant otaku. Like probably owns a body pillow. I'm sorry for that also.

Daily Life: You can always catch him working around town! He's gonna be in charge of his new branch yorozuya soon enough so he's working hard to get that position. Working at a yorozuya means doing everything from doing the shopping at a sale to beating up bullies to fixing pipes to walking your dogs so you can find him around town doing literally anything.

He also cooks so if you play someone who is a disaster cook come over he'll feed you.

Daily Life: During the day he interacts with whoever lives at the Nishi dorm, after which he takes the time to relax by frequenting the most decent places the town offers, drinking tea, reading books, practicing his violin in one of the parks, paying visit to the shrines and making sure no one gets the idea of sneaking into the Sakura House. At night, whenever he can't sleep, he transforms into Kiva and patrols the town as he hides in the shadows, secretly watching out for the people who still hang out at late time and protecting them from criminals or supernatural creatures.

IC + OOC Plans: I surely want Wataru to get a better job, or even set a shop up on his own - still something related to music and his violin skills. Plus building up old and new CR is always a need! I'd like to have more situations in which Wataru can transform into his Rider form, and also getting Kivat out there some more although he's just a sidekick little guy. Lately there's been more involvement wrt police situation and supernatural stuff, so I'd like to delve deeper into the main plot. He's also going to move into an apartment of his own very soon!

Welcome to the Tired Old Men Division! Jinguji Jakurai is a 35 year old ex-assassin turned doctor and the leader of Shinjuku's Matenrou. Made up of himself, a depressed salaryman, and a lady-fearing host (don't ask). He fights his battles with words, ya dig? In the Hypnosis Mic canon, men fight their battles by rapping... or they are Jakurai, and use their rapping to heal instead.

Jakurai is your older "dad" figure kind of character. Here to steer you in the right direction, here to support you, and here to tell you when your decisions are stupid but he'll be right along to help if he can. Normally very gentle and very kind, the only time he catches a temper is when he's drunk or around Ramuda Amemura/ remoulade ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Daily Life: Working, working, and working. He works in Minami's hospital as a doctor, and so he tries to pack as much time in at the hospital as he can. But you can surely catch him other places and out and about when things are going on!
IC + OOC Plans: I would like to get Jakurai to the point of taking house calls so that he can better do his job the way that he likes doing it. He's very much a person who lives to serve, and working himself to the bone outside of the hospital seems like a pretty solid plan too, right? He also has been working on gathering information about Yoshiwara in general. But that is a side thing at the moment!

About: To start with, Midorima acts about how he looks. A little judgmental and holier-than-though, a little exacting nerd, a little stick in the mud. But then there's the weird side. He believes in doing everything possible to ensure his success and make sure fate is on his side. It's turned him into a horoscope freak. He also has crazy basketball abilities and can make a three-point shot from across the court. Visually, he's hard to ignore because he's 6'5" and really does have green hair (including Green Hair Down There).
Daily Life: He stays busy with work and faction obligations (he's easy to run into at an event because he attends the gatherings he feels like he's supposed to). I've never threaded it out, but I assume he keeps up with some sort of working out or practicing to the best of his abilities. He carries around a lucky item each day, based on what his horoscope tells him. Sometimes when I've written an open starter that could happen any day, I don't think to bring it up in the thread until it seems too late to draw attention to it, but it's safe to assume it's out there somewhere. Tucked in his pocket. Lucky nipple clamps. Something.
IC + OOC Plans: Mostly keeping on with what he's been doing. He's not always suited to the quests, but I like to take part in them when it works out.

Look out for his directorial debut, Spanks for the Information, starring "Red" (Mikoto Suoh) and the completely anonymous and mysterious "scientist" who tries not to show his face on-camera but is obviously Midorima.

I may have him make a forum post selling off past lucky items in the future. Get your slightly used butt plugs here.
CR Desired: I'm really open to anything. Some more people to poke at his grumpiness and/or realize he's a good guy beneath it all would be cool. I understand he's not going to hit it off with everyone and negative CR from people who won't put up with his uptight shit is great, too.

I don't know how many characters would just sit down and watch a porno, but I think it would be funny if someone recognized him from the movie.
CR Offered: Would anyone else like the chance to be a porn star? Outside of a set-up with Midorima initiating, it could be a scenario where you pair up with someone else and I just handwave or tag in periodically with director's commentary, or we work in an NPC actor.

To get away from the porn thing, he can be a good voice of reason and a good helper. He can also call people fools a lot. If...you're in the market for that.

Smut Preferences: Writing m/m comes much more easily to me, but I'll give m/f a try. When it comes to older characters, the attitude they take toward it is more important than specific age difference for me, so I'd rather not write smut with any characters who will spend the whole time thinking about what a kid he is.
Scenes + Kinks You Want To Play: I have accomplished "revelation that he enjoys tying someone up and spanking them" so I'd like to continue to build on Midorima's dominant side. I love humor and when things are a little weird or awkward or unexpected. Some of my favorite kinks to work with are humiliation, cross-dressing, and oral-focused things. Lucky item kink, maybe? Either how convenient that his lucky item for the day is something sexual or finding a creative use for a mundane object.

About: Silas is a young Druid from a smutty fantasy world! His ears are lily flowers! Everything is generally pretty nice in his world at large. So, he's rather surprised to be in a world with so much more conflict.

He specializes in Healing magic, though he has a newer magic that can grow or shrink living things. His magic also grants him increased stamina, so the man is constantly busying himself, only sleeping every 3 days or so.

Daily Life: He's been in Yoshiwara since the first round of new arrivals and was taken in by the Southern Region. His indebted period is over, however, and I'm putting him in to leave all regions entirely! He has plans to open a Free Clinic using a space he found and cleared out within the pedestrian tunnels, where he'll likely be living from here on. Or with friends, pretending to be a houseplant.

CR Desired: All kinds! Silas has a lot of positive CR, so some negative CR or frienemies would be great. Silas is entirely to the type to have an enemy-with-benefits situation and I'm all for it if the dynamic fits. I have a pretty even amount of male and female CR currently, so I welcome anybody!
CR Offered: Silas is a soft, polite boy who just wants to help. Great at comfort, always around to heal those in need, and pretty easy to boss around (especially by ladies). He's a pretty absurd person, so definitely be prepared for jokes and goofiness in all threads.

Smut Preferences: Silas is Bi, a Switch, and hopelessly attracted to most everybody he meets. All CR is fair game for smut.
Scenes + Kinks You Want To Play: Silas has so much sex magic, y'all. He needs to use more sex magic! His healing just generally feels good when used and he can transfer some of his stamina into others using it! Sexual exhaustion/multiple rounds are very possible! Viola is actually a changeling, her world's equivalent of humanoid shapeshifter, and her 'true' form is a raven harpy. She has less reason to hide these days though she may try not to appear in raven form to strangers, and she is fond of human legwear. She can even appear independent and competent to people through sheer grit!

Daily Life: Not too much has changed from last time. Viola still enjoys her weekdays at the tailor shop, though this time thanks to her promotion she now spends more time designing her own wares instead of doing plays for Nishi. She still spends her nights flying about though, because FREEDOM.

CR Desired: Not picky to forge new friendships, though Viola's going pretty smoothly with her current CR!
CR Offered: Her time in Yoshiwara has made her a bit more chill and down to earth, but she's still that slightly naive, horribly optimistic person who nevertheless finds humor in the dark. He's a fierce beast ready to cut down anyone in his path because true beauty is in the heat of battle when both opponents can allow their blood to flow.

Daily Life: Yukari is mainly working, he takes his job very seriously since he has to be very convincing in his role. Outside of work, if he's not at home self-grooming, he's probably prowling around Yoshiwara at night, seeking interesting company. He definitely checks in on his King, Nagare Hisui, from time to time.
IC + OOC Plans: Eventually, I would like Yukari to dabble in a business, something that is beauty oriented.
CR Desired: Yukari is still pretty new. Establishing a few friendships would be really nice. He might have a lot in common with girls, but since he's older, he might want people who are in the same age group as him as well.
